Return Policy
I want you to be happy with your purchase from my online store! Please review the following policies before placing your order.
Original Paintings
Original paintings may be returned within 14 days of delivery, providing the painting is returned in its original condition.
The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping. The painting must be securely packaged to prevent damage during the return shipment.
Once the painting has been received and inspected to ensure it is in its original condition, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, excluding the shipping cost.
Paintings that are returned damaged or in a condition different from when they were shipped may not qualify for a refund.
Prints
All prints sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges on prints.
Because each print is produced specifically as an art reproduction, I am unable to accept returns due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other preferences.
However, if your print arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me as soon as possible after delivery and provide photographs of the artwork and packaging. I will work with you to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Commission Paintings
Commission paintings are custom artwork created specifically for the client. Because each painting is made to the client's individual specifications, all commission painting sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Once a commission has been approved and the painting process has begun, cancellations and refunds are not accepted.
Before the painting is completed, I will communicate with the client throughout the commission process to ensure the artwork reflects the agreed-upon vision and reference materials.
If a commission arrives damaged during shipping, please contact me as soon as possible with photographs of the artwork and packaging. I will work with you to determine the appropriate resolution.
By placing this order, the client acknowledges and agrees to this return policy.
