Original Paintings & Commissions
Original paintings are shipped within the United States only. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the buyer's location and the size and weight of the artwork.
Each original painting is carefully packaged to help ensure it arrives safely and securely. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.
Original paintings may take one to two weeks for delivery.
Commissions are created after the order process and will take longer. I will give you an expected timeframe of completion before working on the painting and let you know when it is ready for delivery.
Prints
Prints are available for worldwide shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the buyer's location and the size of the print.
Print orders are carefully packaged to help protect the artwork during transit. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping provider.
Prints may take one to two weeks for delivery.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible with photos of the packaging and artwork so I can help determine the best way to resolve the issue. Reach out through this website or email me at johood101@gmail.com
